These terms apply to your use of inspireht.com (the “site”), operated by Inspire Health Tech, LLC (“IHT”). By using the site you agree to them. Use of IHT’s services by our customers is governed by separate written agreements.

Information only

The site describes IHT’s business services. IHT is a technology company; we do not sell insurance and nothing on the site is insurance, legal, tax or financial advice. Figures in our white papers and on the site are estimates based on stated assumptions and published sources, and actual results vary.

Our content

The site, its text, graphics, logos and white papers are owned by IHT or used with permission. You may view, download and share our white papers for your own business purposes with attribution, but you may not alter them or present them as your own. MediPro and ACAPro are names of IHT products.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, or submit false information through our forms.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, IHT disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
