Inspire Health Tech, LLC (“IHT,” “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through inspireht.com (the “site”) and through the services we provide to our business customers, and how we use and protect it.
Information you give us on this site
When you fill in a form on the site, for example to download a white paper or request a demo, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role, and optionally your phone number and message.
We use this information to respond to you, to send you what you asked for, and to send occasional updates about IHT. You can opt out of updates at any time by replying to any email or writing to info@inspireht.com.
Information collected automatically
We use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies or track you across other websites. They give us aggregate information such as page views, referring sites and general location by country. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security.
Consumer information in our services
Our customers use our plan alignment services in their own consumer experiences. When a consumer chooses to share information such as medications, preferred doctors and pharmacy, location and expected care, we process it on our customer’s behalf to produce plan recommendations, under our agreement with that customer. We don’t keep consumers’ personal health information after the alignment; any data retained for analysis is de-identified. Consumers should review the privacy policy of the company whose site or service they used.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting and email), under obligations to protect it; when required by law; or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
How we protect information
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted in the United States. Access is limited to people who need it to do their jobs.
How long we keep it
We keep business contact information for as long as we have a business relationship or you remain interested in hearing from us, and delete it on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@inspireht.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.
Children
The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
